Totally not the Special K Diet
Every once in a while, Magdelyn and I come up with a really silly plan. They range from something mundane, like lets get a new TV, so the extreme, “lets get married”
Today we had another one of those great ideas that won’t shake family foundations, and that was to eat nothing but cereal for breakfast and dinner for two weeks. this came about from us having a cereal dinner tonight, and reading the special K box to see how much healthier we would be by eating it.
So here are the official rules:
- If we eat breakfast, it has to be cereal.
- Dinner is cereal.
- Lunch can be not cereal, seeing as eating cereal at work can be a challenge.
- This will last from February 1st to February 16th.
- Oatmeal can be substituted.
This is the cereal I will be eating.

Ode to my AppleTV
Oh AppleTV, how much you amaze and bewilder me. Full of TV shows and movies I want to watch, and podcasts and photos to gaze at.
Look at this delicious technology.
You have so many neat features, and you’re really just neat looking. Like a donut, full of delicious center.
Plus now that I can use my iPhone to use all the neat features with a touch screen, that makes it even better.
Seriously though, I love my Apple TV, and for everyone I talk to about it, they seem suprised, but I honestly love watching things with it.
